Preservation Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Balzers. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the restoration and preservation of historic buildings and structures. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural design principles, building materials and techniques, and historical preservation guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and analysis on historical buildings to determine their significance and condition
- Creating detailed plans for restoration and preservation projects that adhere to local regulations and historical guidelines
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful execution of projects
- Overseeing construction work to ensure it meets design specifications and quality standards
- Conducting regular site visits and preparing progress reports for clients
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and records
- Staying up-to-date on industry developments in preservation techniques, materials, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Preservation Architect working on historic building projects
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building materials, and construction techniques
- Familiarity with local regulations for historic preservation
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Balzers but may require travel to different locations within the country.

Nationality:
This position is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English.
