Our cafe in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a talented Barista who is fluent in English and has a strong background in coffee making. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating high-quality coffee beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to our menu and standards
- Communicate with customers to understand their preferences and recommend specialty drinks
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment properly to ensure the best quality beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the brewing area, counters, and dining area
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing friendly service to customers
- Uphold food safety standards at all times while handling food and drinks

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of different brewing techniques and latte art is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a passion for coffee are essential

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month plus tips for this full-time position. Our team values hard work and dedication and rewards it accordingly.
