We are seeking a skilled and experienced Historic Preservation Architect to join our team in Shan, India. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the preservation, restoration, and renovation of historic buildings and structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historic buildings and structures to determine their condition and preservation needs
- Develop preservation plans and strategies for historic properties, taking into consideration historical significance, architectural style, and budget constraints
- Collaborate with project teams including engineers, contractors, and historians to ensure preservation work is done accurately and in accordance with historical standards
- Oversee construction projects to ensure that preservation work is being carried out correctly and meets all necessary regulations
- Prepare detailed reports on the condition of historic properties as well as progress reports on ongoing preservation projects
- Advise clients on appropriate maintenance practices for historic buildings to prevent deterioration
- Stay updated on current trends and techniques in historic preservation through continuous professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Preservation Architect, preferably with a focus on historic properties
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to historic preservation
- Strong understanding of architectural styles and materials used in historical buildings
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams from diverse backgrounds

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with benefits such as accommodation.
