IT Manager

We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Karachi. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. Your main duties will include managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems, and implementing new technologies to improve our operations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- Ensure the security and integrity of our network and data
- Implement new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Provide technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage IT budget and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and system maintenance
- Experience with implementing new technologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
