Information Technology Manager vacancy in Karachi Pakistan

IT Manager


As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology needs of our company in Karachi. You will be responsible for managing our systems and networks, ensuring their overall functionality and security. You will also lead a team of IT professionals to support and maintain our technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and networks
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software systems
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Ensure data security by implementing proper backup systems and security protocols
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support when needed
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation in our company
- Manage relationships with external vendors for IT services or equipment
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Create and manage budgets for IT expenses, including hardware, software, and maintenance costs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in information technology management roles
- Strong knowledge of network operations, cybersecurity, system administration, and database management
- Proven experience leading a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff
- Experience creating and managing budgets for IT expenses
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We are offering a salary of $1300 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Karachi. Accommodation will be provided if needed.
