Part-Time Python Developer
Location: Funchal, Portugal


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Python Developer to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex applications and software solutions. Your primary focus will be on writing efficient and high-quality code, implementing new features, and integrating with external systems.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test and deploy new software solutions using Python
- Collaborate with the development team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Ensure code is optimized for performance and scalability
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Maintain existing codebase by fixing bugs and adding new features
- Work independently on assigned projects or as part of a team

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Python Developer or similar role
- Proficient in Python programming language
- Experience with web development frameworks such as Django or Flask
- Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese would be a plus)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. You will be required to work 20 hours per week.
