Clinical Dietitian - Almada, Portugal


We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Clinical Dietitian to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing nutrition therapy and education to patients in a clinical setting. Your role will involve assessing patients' nutritional needs, developing and implementing personalized meal plans, monitoring their progress, and providing support and guidance to help them achieve their health goals.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Dietitian
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
- Knowledge of medical nutrition therapy for various health conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments to determine patients' nutritional needs and developing personalized meal plans
- Providing education on healthy eating habits, portion control, and making dietary modifications for medical conditions
- Monitoring patients' progress and making necessary adjustments to their meal plans
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation of services provided
- Staying up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month. We also offer free visa sponsorship and ticket to Almada for non-EU candidates.
