Milling Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Osijek, Croatia. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining milling machines to produce high-quality products according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to perform various machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine machine setup and sequence of operations
- Select the appropriate tools and materials for each job
- Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the production process
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating milling machines in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of various tools, materials, and machining techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities
- Good physical stamina as the job may involve standing for long periods of time

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Osijek, Croatia (candidates from India are welcome to apply)

Employment Type: Contract (3-month probation period with possibility for extension)

Work Hours: 40 hours per week (overtime may be required on occasion)

Passport Requirements: Biometric passport required for non-Croatian candidates.
