Online Consultant - English Speaking (Contract, St-Petersburg)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Online Consultant to join our team in St-Petersburg. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients from Canada and Nepal. Your main duties will include answering inquiries, resolving technical issues, and recommending products or services to clients. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$, without accommodation provided.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Biometric passport for international travel (visa sponsorship available)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Russia

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues related to our products or services
- Build relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions
- Keep accurate records of all interactions with clients using our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively assist clients
