Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Khanpur. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational functions of the office. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for staff members
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Ensure the office is kept clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations and providing necessary resources
- Address any office maintenance or IT issues as they arise
- Keep track of expenses and prepare reports for budget planning purposes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an office management role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is a plus
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Khanpur
