Junior Architectural Designer

We are a leading architectural design firm based in St. Petersburg and we are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Architectural Designer to join our team. This is an English speaking job suitable for foreigners who are looking to start their career in architectural design. No prior experience is required as we provide on-the-job training and mentorship for our employees. The salary for this position is 1200$ per month with accommodation provided. We also offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of various architectural projects under the guidance of senior designers. You will also have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and creativity to projects, while learning from experienced professionals in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior designers in creating conceptual designs and drawings
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations
- Create detailed 2D/3D models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Attend client meetings and present design concepts
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Participate in site visits and inspections
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
