We are currently hiring a skilled Formworker to join our construction team in Chelyabinsk. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and setting up concrete forms for various building projects, including walls, columns, beams, and sidewalks. You will also be required to prepare the site for pouring concrete and ensure that the forms are properly aligned and secured.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Proficient in using hand and power tools such as saws, drills, and hammers
- Strong physical endurance and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Biometric passport or willing to obtain one for work in Russia

Responsibilities:
- Constructing concrete forms according to specifications provided by engineers or supervisors
- Setting up formwork for walls, columns, beams, and other structures using wood or metal materials
- Cutting, shaping, and fastening materials to create desired formworks
- Pouring concrete into the forms and smoothing it out with trowels or screeds
- Monitoring the curing process of concrete and making necessary adjustments to forms as needed
- Stripping forms once the concrete has set and cleaning up the worksite
