We are a construction company in Chelyabinsk seeking an experienced Formworker to join our team. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating and setting up temporary structures used to support concrete during construction projects. This role requires a high level of physical strength and stamina as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and set up formwork according to construction plans and specifications.
- Install reinforcing bars or mesh.
- Pour, spread, and level concrete on the formwork.
- Strip forms from cured concrete.
- Clean, inspect, and maintain formwork after use.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accordingly.
- Physical strength and stamina to work in various weather conditions and handle heavy equipment.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term employment in the construction field.

Our company is located in Chelyabinsk, Russia. This position is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English.
