Entry Level Finisher

As an Entry Level Finisher, you will be responsible for completing final touches on various projects in the manufacturing industry. This includes sanding, polishing, and painting surfaces to achieve a smooth and flawless finish. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that all products meet quality standards before they are shipped out to clients. This is an ideal position for someone without experience in the field who is looking to begin a career in manufacturing and gain valuable skills. We offer accommodation and visa sponsorship for international candidates. The salary for this position is 900$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sand, polish, and paint surfaces to achieve a smooth finish
- Inspect products for any imperfections and make necessary adjustments
- Work closely with production team to meet project deadlines
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Continuously strive for improvement in quality and efficiency

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work with hand tools and machinery
- Attention to detail and ability to spot imperfections
- Good communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or finishing work
- Technical or vocational training in related field
