Preservation Architect



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. This position requires a deep understanding of architectural history, materials, and techniques, as well as strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough surveys and assessments of historical buildings
- Developing preservation plans and strategies
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the preservation work is carried out correctly
- Monitoring construction progress and ensuring adherence to preservation standards
- Researching and sourcing appropriate materials for restoration work
- Creating detailed drawings and specifications for preservation projects
- Conducting site visits to assess structural stability and identify potential issues
- Preparing reports on preservation projects for clients or government agencies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with a focus on historic preservation
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Preservation Architect
- Solid knowledge of architectural history, building materials, conservation techniques, and sustainability principles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
- Experience in conducting research and writing reports

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.
