Position: Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine (Moscow, Russia)
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end Indian restaurant in Moscow. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and creating exceptional dishes that showcase the vibrant flavors of Indian cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that feature traditional and modern Indian dishes
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and concepts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end Indian restaurant or hotel
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, including spice combinations, cooking techniques, and regional variations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Must be authorized to work in Russia
Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)
