Junior Architectural Designer



As a Junior Architectural Designer in our firm, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of architectural projects under the guidance of our senior designers. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ranging from residential to commercial, and gain hands-on experience in all stages of the design process.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with conceptual design and development of architectural projects
- Create 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Conduct research and gather information on building materials, codes, and regulations
- Collaborate with senior designers to develop design solutions that meet client needs and budget
- Prepare presentation materials for client meetings and assist in presenting designs
- Participate in site visits to observe construction progress and ensure designs are being implemented correctly
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure project specifications are being met
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and design techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
