Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager (Malayalees Preferred) - Acre, Israel

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Acre, Israel. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the hotel's services and facilities to potential clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, and we welcome applicants of all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Identify potential clients and develop relationships through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead in the industry
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure successful execution of sales strategies
- Develop pricing strategies that align with the hotel's revenue goals
- Prepare reports on sales performance and present them to upper management

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to network effectively and build strong relationships with clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with market trends in the hospitality industry
- Strong negotiation skills
- Fluent English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
- Availability to work full-time in Acre, Israel
