Teamlead - Customer Service (Lisbon, Portugal)
We are currently hiring a motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our fast-paced customer service team in Lisbon, Portugal. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your main duties will include monitoring team performance, coaching and training team members, resolving escalated customer issues, and implementing strategies to improve overall customer experience.
To excel in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a customer service environment is also essential. Fluency in English is required and proficiency in any other European language would be an advantage.
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. No accommodation is provided, so we are seeking candidates who are already based in Lisbon or willing to relocate at their own expense. This role is urgent so we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
