Job Title: Teamlead for International Team in Lisbon

As a Teamlead for our international team in Lisbon, you will be responsible for managing a diverse and dynamic team of professionals from different nationalities. Your main role will be to ensure the smooth functioning of the team and to drive them towards achieving their goals. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals from different nationalities
- Monitor and analyze team performance, providing feedback and guidance when needed
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and ensure they are met
- Develop strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve overall company objectives
- Conduct regular meetings and provide training to team members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Previous experience in managing a team is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work full-time in Lisbon with own visa
