Restaurant Manager at a Fine Dining Establishment in El-Ain, Egypt
We are a highly-rated fine dining establishment in the bustling city of El-Ain, Egypt, seeking a talented and driven Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards are met
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Create schedules for staff and manage payroll expenses
- Collaborate with chefs to create new menu items or specials
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
Benefits:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 USD per month. We also provide accommodation for our employees. Visa sponsorship is available for non-Egyptian candidates.
