Restaurant Manager (Egyptian Nationals)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at our restaurant in El-Ain. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and support staff.
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures.
- Ensure smooth operation of daily tasks such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Oversee financial performance by monitoring costs, controlling expenses, and maximizing profits.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one for travel purposes.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.
