Team Lead (Indian Nationals)


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead to join our growing team in Mauren. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees and ensuring that they meet their goals and targets. You will also be responsible for providing guidance, support, and training to team members to help them develop their skills and abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of employees and ensure that they are meeting their individual and team goals
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to help them improve their performance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
- Communicate with other departments or teams to coordinate efforts and ensure smooth workflow
- Participate in the recruitment process by conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations
- Create schedules for team members, taking into consideration workload, individual strengths, and project deadlines
- Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a professional manner
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in order to provide valuable insights to the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience as a Team Lead or supervisor in a similar role is required
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others towards achieving common goals
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels
- Proven track record of meeting targets and driving results through effective management techniques
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
