Office Assistant in Vianden
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Vianden. As an Office Assistant, you will assist with various administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls promptly and professionally
- Manage office supplies and ensure inventory levels are maintained
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for the team
- Draft and edit documents and correspondence as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including distribution to appropriate parties
- Collaborate with other team members to support various office tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (German or French proficiency is a plus)
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Own visa or work permit for Luxembourg is required
