Data Analytics Specialist



Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. This position is open to all nationalities, but proficiency in English is required. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis and be able to provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various data analysis tools and techniques to collect, organize, and interpret large datasets
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports for monitoring key performance indicators
- Identify trends and patterns in data to provide valuable insights into business operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Continuously monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy of analysis results

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role with proven track record of delivering successful data-driven projects
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R for querying and manipulating large datasets
- Experience using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI for data visualization
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication skills with fluency in English (both written and verbal)

Salary & Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month. We also offer accommodation for our employees. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to obtain one.
