Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, creating and implementing data models, and providing insights to help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, data analysis techniques, and experience using various data analytics tools. Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends
- Develop and implement statistical models to extract insights from data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide solutions
- Communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis techniques
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience using SQL for querying large datasets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Izhevsk (candidates from other cities are welcome to apply)

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
