Architecture Manager



As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects in our Los Angeles office. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and architects to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality architectural designs
- Oversee all stages of the design process, from conceptualization to construction documentation
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their objectives
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget
- Coordinate with contractors and other consultants to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Conduct site visits to review construction progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to improve design processes
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other drafting software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
