Architecture Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Architecture Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various buildings and structures, ensuring that they meet the required standards and specifications.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design process for all projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage a team of architects and designers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts accordingly
- Review architectural plans and make necessary revisions as needed
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is proceeding according to plans and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Prepare progress reports for clients and senior management

This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month. We welcome candidates from all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian candidates.
