IT Support Specialist - Jerusalem, Israel


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Jerusalem. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our internal employees. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in computer systems, hardware, and software, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Set up new user accounts and manage access permissions.
- Perform regular software updates and maintenance tasks.
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Train employees on new technology or software as needed.
- Maintain inventory of all equipment and software licenses.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows & Mac), networking protocols, and security systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting common hardware/software issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically under pressure.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
- Experience with cloud-based services such as Office 365 or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
