Machine Operator

We are a manufacturing company located in Manama and we are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines in our production line. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our equipment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to instructions
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure their proper functioning
- Monitor machine operations to detect any malfunctions or defects
- Troubleshoot issues and perform necessary adjustments or repairs
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Keep detailed records of production output and equipment maintenance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Experience as a machine operator preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
- Good problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to work long hours in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Team player attitude

Salary: $1400/month.
