Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Remish. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. Your main goal will be to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Procure necessary materials and equipment for construction projects
- Supervise construction crews and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and other technical drawings

This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. Applicants must have experience in construction management. Preference will be given to Indian nationals with proficiency in English language.
