Land Surveyor - Dubai, UAE

A reputable construction company in Dubai is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing reports for various construction projects. The ideal candidate should have experience using surveying equipment and software, as well as strong mathematical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, distances, and other important measurements
- Use surveying equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and digital levels
- Analyze collected data and prepare detailed reports for construction projects
- Create accurate topographic maps and 3D models using specialized software
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of surveying data
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations while conducting surveys on construction sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS systems and total stations
- Experience with surveying software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D is preferred
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1300 per month (tax-free)
