Indian Pastry Chef
As an Indian Pastry Chef in Al-Khor, your main responsibility will be to create delicious and visually appealing pastries and desserts that satisfy our customers' cravings. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the pastry kitchen, from menu planning to production and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new pastry and dessert items that reflect the flavors and culture of India
- Ensure high quality standards are consistently met in terms of taste, presentation, and portion size
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs, providing guidance on techniques and recipes
- Follow food safety guidelines to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef with a focus on Indian cuisine
- Creativity and passion for creating new flavors and designs
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this full-time position.
