Cleaner for Men (Akron, USA)

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaner to join our team in Akron. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of various areas such as offices, restrooms, and common areas. This position is suitable for men with or without experience and offers visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and disinfect restrooms on a regular basis
- Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
- Follow safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in completing tasks
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
