Senior Architect - Balzers, Pakistan



We are hiring a Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Balzers, Pakistan. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design concepts and plans to clients for approval
- Create detailed architectural drawings using CAD software
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Oversee construction progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in design plans
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Strong proficiency in CAD software and other relevant computer programs
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Experience managing budgets and timelines for multiple projects simultaneously

We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this full-time position. This role does not require English proficiency but fluency is preferred. Accommodation will not be provided but we can assist with finding suitable housing options. Candidates must have their own valid visa for employment in Pakistan.
