We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Team Lead to join our team in Porto. As a Part-Time Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of part-time employees. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of part-time employees
- Create schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Train new team members on company policies and procedures
- Monitor productivity and provide feedback to improve performance
- Handle any customer complaints or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and performance

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Team Lead or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to work part-time hours (flexible schedule)
- Must have legal authorization to work in Porto without visa sponsorship
