A reputable hotel in Bansko, Bulgaria is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel by developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential customers. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new ones
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless operations
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel's services
- Prepare sales reports and present them to management on a regular basis

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when necessary
