We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at a bustling restaurant in the vibrant city of Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your duties will include managing staff, creating schedules, handling customer complaints and concerns, ordering supplies and inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality for food and service. You will also be responsible for creating marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality. Fluency in English is required for this position to cater to our international clientele.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month. Accommodation is not included but we can provide assistance in finding suitable housing options.
