Loader Supervisor


The Loader Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods and materials, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the loading and unloading of goods and materials, ensuring that all tasks are completed according to company standards.
- Train and manage a team of loaders, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to management.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy of loaded items.
- Create schedules for loading activities, taking into account shipment deadlines and staffing availability.
- Communicate with drivers to coordinate loading schedules and ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or management is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to loading operations.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory management software.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects.

Location: Nakuru, Kenya (open to all nationalities)

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Visa Sponsorship: Available for qualified candidates.

Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Must be flexible for occasional overtime or weekend work.
