Heavy Equipment Operator - Construction Industry



We are in search of a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing construction team in Eschen, Nepal. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment in the construction industry and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on job sites
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Keep track of inventory and report any issues or needed repairs
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator in the construction industry
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Physical ability to operate heavy machinery for long periods of time in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
