Manager - Operations


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager to oversee the operations of our company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and be able to effectively lead a team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
- Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure smooth operations
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a positive work environment
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in management, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing operations within budget constraints

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate. We welcome all nationalities, but fluency in English is required. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
