Nurse Supervisor


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Clairvaux Hospital. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the nursing staff. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the nursing staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain accurate medical records for patients
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in handling complex cases or situations
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including maintaining accurate documentation and following infection control protocols

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and medications
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Biometric passport (preferred)
