Preservation Architect - Vianden, Egypt

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Preservation Architect to join our team in Vianden, Egypt. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. This will involve conducting thorough research, creating detailed plans and drawings, and overseeing the implementation of preservation projects. You will also work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals in the field to ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of preservation and adhere to relevant regulations. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1200$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in preservation architecture
- Strong knowledge of historical preservation techniques and materials
- Excellent research, planning, and project management skills
- Ability to create detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on historical buildings and structures to determine their significance, condition, and potential preservation strategies.
- Create detailed plans and drawings for preservation projects using CAD software.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, historians, and other professionals to develop comprehensive preservation plans.
- Oversee the implementation of preservation projects to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of project details, including budgets, timelines, materials used, etc.
- Stay updated on current trends in preservation techniques and materials.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and building codes.
