We are hiring a Preservation Architect to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures. Your role will involve conducting site visits, analyzing historical data, and developing preservation plans that adhere to local regulations and standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in preservation architecture
- Strong understanding of architectural history and preservation techniques
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to assess the condition of historic buildings and structures
- Analyze historical data and develop preservation plans that adhere to local regulations and standards
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met within timelines and budget constraints
- Create detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for restoration projects
- Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to preservation plans
- Conduct quality control inspections during various stages of the project
- Stay updated on new techniques and technologies in the field of preservation architecture

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month.
