We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the given budget and timeline. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and proven experience in project management. This is a full-time position open to both Indians and non-native English speakers.

Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Create project plans and timelines
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure project tasks are completed on time
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
- Communicate with stakeholders about project updates, risks, and issues
- Manage project budget and resources effectively
- Conduct risk management analysis and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare reports for upper management on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian (speaking/writing)
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g. MS Project)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
Salary for this position starts at 1000$ monthly depending on experience.
