Formworker Supervisor

As a Formworker Supervisor in Faro, Portugal, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the construction of formwork structures on various building projects. You will work closely with a team of formworkers to ensure that the structures are built safely, accurately, and according to project specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of formworkers on construction sites
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans to determine formwork requirements
- Ensure proper installation and dismantling of formwork structures according to safety standards
- Monitor progress of work and address any issues or delays
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed
- Train new employees on proper formwork techniques
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project success

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Formworker or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of formwork systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures on construction sites
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- Physically fit and able to work at heights if required

Salary:
The salary for this full-time position is 1500$ per month.
