CNC Operator


We are a manufacturing company located in Bungoma seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and products. Your main duties will include programming, loading materials, adjusting machine settings, and conducting quality checks to ensure accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC machines, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$, available for both local and foreign candidates with visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Prepare and load raw materials onto the machine
- Adjust machine settings as needed for each job
- Program the machine using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct quality checks throughout production process to ensure accuracy and identify any defects
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of CAD software and G-code programming preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English
