Bank Teller - Medina, Kenya


We are currently hiring a Bank Teller to join our team in Medina, Kenya. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently. This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions, including counting and balancing cash drawers
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services
- Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in banking or customer service preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus
