Concierge Specialist (Malayalee/Filipino) - Al-Rayyan


Our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan is seeking a Concierge Specialist to join our team. As a Concierge Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our guests from the Malayalee and Filipino communities. This position requires no English language skills, making it an ideal opportunity for non-native speakers or those looking for a part-time job.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests from the Malayalee and Filipino communities upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any other inquiries or requests they may have
- Provide information about the local area, including recommendations for restaurants, activities, and transportation
- Arrange reservations for guests, such as restaurant bookings or tour bookings
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation to assist guests with their needs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Keep records of guest interactions and transactions using our hotel software system

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in either Malayalam or Tagalog
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
