Executive Chef - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management. Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that meet the preferences and dietary needs of our customers
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes to ensure quality and consistency
- Manage inventory and control food costs to maintain profitability
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate catering events and special menu requests
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into menus

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Familiarity with international cuisine is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar

Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided by the company

Visa & Ticket: The company will cover the cost of visa sponsorship and airline ticket for foreign employees
